One of the Whirlpool Gold Series dishwasher dishrack slide rail stops "disappeared". Sears Parts Direct made the loopup and ordering of the part based on the machine's model number very easy. Great price. Ordered two in case the other stop disappeared.

This part has one job - stops the rails on the top rack from slipping off. The part pictured on the page was blue, but the part I received was a grey colored part. Either way, color does not matter as it does the job it was made to do. The part fit perfectly, and since it was new, needed a little bit of a push to snap and lock onto the rail securely. I've run it through multiple wash cycles and did not have problems with it melting or breaking off like some other reviews suggested.

Our dishwasher lost a small piece which was not named or described in the owner's manual. We didn't know what to call it and could only indirectly describe its function and position by referring to other parts for which we knew the names. Through online chat, we got excellent assistance in solving this mystery and ordering the part. Thanks to that wonderful Sears sleuth!

The clip was very easy to install as it was a small part.

parts direct service was great, part itself not somuch

No instructions with part only a diagram with 3 separate pictures. Took 5 attempts to get piece locked in place!! Terrible
