Must pull out dishwasher to install. Should know how to do this.

Upper Rack No longer Sags!

Easy to install, great fix! The upper rack no longer sags. Too bad dishwasher had to be pulled out to install this product but it went well

Simple install and fix for a broken wheel

Fixed a broken wheel with this assembly. Perfect and easy to install after removing unit from cabinet.

A quick replacement

The biggest challenge was holding the upper rack while replacing both rollers. Very doable though and a quick replacement. It took me longer to carefully pull the dishwasher out than to swap 4 sets of these.
