No Installation Issues
Had lost the original bolt and washer when the mandrel assembly was damaged by a large rock. Just installed a new mandrel, mower blade and bolt. Only problem was removing the pulley on top of the mandrel. Did not have the tools necessary to get it off. Only cost me $35 to get a mower repair shop to remove the pulley and assemble the new mandrel into the mower deck.
