Came damaged
Box not damaged and it was very well packed but as soon as I picked it up there was a rattle inside. Small tab that holds the front to the side panel was broken. Seems to me that whoever placed it inside the box grabbed it wrong and broke it. Should have never been shipped that way. Return was easy, waiting for refund, already ordered another one, hope is ok.

A Nostalgic Experience with Sears
I was a little surprised with Sears recently. I had to order a part my wife broke on our 5 year old refrigerator. I found the part # in my owners manual and ordered on line. To my surprise, it showed up at my house a few days later. This experience was what I was used to back 30 years ago. Way to go Sears!!
