Plastic isn't strong

I had to replace the divider and side of the crisper drawer frame. Be sure to not overload the divider between the two crisper drawers. It is made of flimsy plastic and can't support gallons of milk. We had to epoxy some hidden cracks in the back that weren't obvious before taking the crisper frame apart.

Identical replacement to original plastic part.

Sears Part Direct is very good at getting the original replacement parts. They are also very good at informing the customer of delays, My only gripe is that the part is identical to the original part, poor engineering, and poor choice of material used. The wheels that support the shelf and drawers are made of plastic that is fairly brittle and is easily broken. This is the second time to replace this part in the seven years since the refrigerator was purchased new. Maybe someone will take responsibility and design a better product.
