SPINDLE OK BUT SHOULD BE MORE HEAVY DUTY
Part correct. Took extra day to arrive which is significant when lawn needs mowed. Then took another day to obtain washer I didn't know I needed until I went to assemble. Part is not sturdy enough for the tractor apparently. Why else would you advertise it as a best seller?

Could be done quickly. I take me time. Caution removing 1st cotter pin,it flies into the grass,then you have to hope you find it.

Arrived quickly and well packaged.
Today, quick is awesome. It was easy for me ,( a female accountant, not very mechanically inclined) to figure out how to change out old part for new one. Hardest part was figuring out how to get snap ring back on when finished, very littl room to work, I got it.

We ordered a part for our mower and you folks sent us the wrong item. We ordered again and then found the item local. I cancelled the order within an hour or so and the guy I talked to said that he had cancelled the order for me. Now you say you are sending the part anyway. I don't understand. We no longer need this part, and the error was on your end. The folks we talked to were very polite and tried to help.
