Harder than it needed to be
The product cam with no directions. Even though I took pictures when I removed it, it was confusing to reinstall because there were no pictures showing you how to do it wright.

False advertising- received used part
Rusted, used, water deposits on rubber gasket, rust all over outside and internal parts. Have not changed this part out yet

Didn't take long to get in and out of my washer.
Very easy to put in with basic tools. Took about 2 hours to take the pump out and put the new one in and saved hundreds not having to buy a new one.

Perfect fit and about 10 min to install
This was exactly what I needed as the housing for the pump was fine. Since washer was already disassembled to pull the old pump and get the model # it took only about 10 min to replace and maybe 10 more to reassemble the washer.

New drain pump fit!
I have a 2013 Kenmore Front Loader Washer model number 402.49032013. The drain pump needed to be replaced. Online Sears parts search tool did not return an exact match but did show me a drain pump for model number 402.49032012. So I bought the drain pump for the 2012 model and hoped it fit my 2013. AND IT DID FIT! The new drain pump works great. Shipping was quicker than I had expected considering the pandemic. My experience shopping on Sears Parts was five star experience. Thank you!
