He sounds very helpful at first; He confirmed it would have come with 6 bolts, but not. I had to call in three more times a week later chatting with other reps to place new order just for the bolts.

Wrong part sent TWICE, delayed repair for weeks!
After sending me the wrong part I was sent a replacement which should have been overnighted in my opinion. I received a replacement part a week later and once again it was the wrong part! The part number is STAMPED ON THE PART! The part numbers arent even close to similar. Customer service said they would give me a refund and suggested I order the part from Amazon! Hands down worst customer Ive ever experienced!

Self changing of a flange shaft
A bit more work to change but worth it for the handy person to save money and get more life out of your machine. Extreme wobble and metal in the drain trap are signs. Don't forget the new torque bolts!!! A MUST!

replace washer drum shaft
not for beginners must be mechanically inclined, washer was just a shell after disassembly. for myself repair was fairly simple

Big job to install.
To install this part, the entire washing machine needs to be pulled apart. Still, it prolongs the life of the appliance by six or seven more years.

Easy to install
Overall, it took 2 hours to re-assemble the washer. Anyone with average mechanical skills can complete this project.
