The dust bag is good. The Sears support personnel is lazy, with the item sitting in the bank's credit card waiting to be paid, I was told there was something wrong with payment and I needed to reorder the dust bags.

The vacuum for which these bags are intended is several years old, and while the replacement bag item number has changed the bags are every bit as good as the original.
