Refrigerator Freezer Wire Shelf WR71X10680

Part shown in GE Manual does not fit

Part (180) freezer shelf as shown in the GE parts display diagram, does not fit even though the part matches the refrigerator model number and is confirmed by the part confirmation inquiry on the website. It is too small and when you put an item (like a bad of frozen peas) on the shelf, the shelf falls down. I would not recommend ordering to test size since you need to call to get the $9.99 shipping refunded (they did refund it, however so I recommend Sears PartsDirect based on overall customer service).
