Where to begin with the nightmare of Sears Parts? I ordered this part and it was packed so poorly, it arrived broken. I informed customer service that it had to be packed better when reshipped. They gave me a small discount on the next one, and it was backordered for 4 months. The second one arrived the other day, BROKEN AGAIN. Still poorly packed, I now, again, have to take this back to UPS and wait, as it is STILL backordered...This time, no discount for my inconvenience, just sorry, send it back and wait.
