Cancelled order they shipped it anyway
Their inventory and customer service leaves a great deal to be desired . The item was listed as in stock , after I ordered it it said it was back order . Then I got a message that it was expected to be delivered 2 weeks before I ordered it or 5o weeks in the future , they did not state the year. You are unable to actually talk to a customer service rep the system just loops you back to the inaccurate website. After getting sales to transfer me to customer service , they could not give me any information as to when I should expect the item . I then cancelled the order , they would not give me a confirmation number to confirm the cancellation . They said I would get an email within 24 hours . Two days later I got an email from ups that my package was on the way. Since I had already ordered from another vendor that shipped the item the same day for less money , really didn't need nor wanted the part now. I now have a spare part if the part should ever break again. Do not do business with them there a mess .

I cancelled the order
The price was right, but the backorder status took too long so I had to purchase a different product. I called and cancelled the order and was told to wait three days for it cancellation to go through, yet when I received an email stating what I thought was the cancellation it was actually an email stating that the product shipped and now I have to pay for the product to be returned... When I received the product the box was damaged as well I have taped it up for shipment back but this was not what I expected. The ease and time to install are not indicative as I didn't install the part.
