Troubleshooting your Flotec pump when the motor won't run
- Make sure that the power switch is turned on.
- Check for power. Check the circuit breaker for the pump and reset the circuit breaker if it's tripped.
- Disconnect electrical power and check wiring connections on the switch and motor. Reconnect any loose wires and repair any broken wires.
- If wiring is okay, you may need to replace the switch or the pump motor.
