Customer Service Stinks!

We ordered the part according to the model number of unit twice and both times the part that was received was wrong. I explained to the customer service agent we had received something that was entirely the wrong part. He assured me the part he looked was correct and it would work on my washer. I asked to provide the part number of the part and I noticed it was the same part number as the incorrect part we and expressed my concern to the agent and he assured me the part would work on the washer. Well as I suspected we got the same wrong part again! I called back and the agent I spoke to after looking up the washer model number informed the part was obsolete and not available. Why in the world did the previous agent overlook this important bit of information and insist on sending my the wrong part? The agent then told me I needed to contact the manufacturer, I asked her for the manufacturer contact information and she didn't have that information. This is a Kenmore appliance and I can't believe the a Sears customer service rep. does not have more info on their own brand. I'm sorry, I don't believe that and I strongly believe it's a lack of training on Sears. We have 4 parts that I'll never use and according to your system are not returnable.
