This anode rod (part number WS02X10071) is for water heaters.

Anode rod WS02X10071 attracts and neutralizes corrosive particles found in water to help extend the life of the water heater tank.

Disconnect electrical power to the water heater, turn off the water supply and drain the tank before installing this part. Wear work gloves to protect your hands.
