It's not their fault'.

I am sure it is a great kick plate, but did not fit my refrigerator. It was a risk as I couldn't find my part but a website told me this would be a similar, fitting piece. It was not a Sears website so it wasn't their fault. Giving an average score as it was very dusty and looked used.
