What I Expected
Except that my dishwasher is white on the inside and out, and the part I received in the mail is a light gray, this clip is what I needed, expected, and it does what it is suppose to do.

Works great but no instructions
It's not so obvious how to put it on (no instructions come with the part), but once we figured it out, it works well.

Incorrect parts
My upper rack has two types of clips for the two fold-down dividers. Sears only makes the one type, even though the online drawings and Customer Service only show one type. Also, my rack has 4 total dividers... the online drawing shows only three.
