Plain and Simple
Ordered the rack and end clips for the rails'got it via UPS on the day Sears Direct said it'd be here. Took the rack outta the box, slide it in the dishwasher, put the end clips on, and washed a load of dishes. It was good to go. The only issues were the rack was not the same color as the bottom rack, but no big deal, my portable dishwasher is 21 years old and going strong. Only other thing was the box, it had no padding/protection inside, just the rack by itself; luckily, it survived'.

Upper dishwasher rack
Removed old rack and replaced it with the one I got from the Sears replacement Parts outlet. The service rep at the Sears Replacement Parts outlet was very nice and actually did all my input for me.
