According to "sears videos" there was supposed to be a new key. Also i checked box for any special instruction and found a all but destroyed piece of paper showing where and how the gear, washers and lock ring, that was shipped with it, go. All customer service wants me to watch more vids ( they don't show either ) So much wasted time
