Received gasket crumpled up in a ball, was packaged in a plastic bag, shipped in a plastic envelope. The part I received was unusable

Poor packaging does not protect gasket
Second gasket came bent hence worthless. After speaking with customer service that packaging for which they charged me was insufficient they shipped me a third gasket for free. Packaging was not much different so I do not know if it was better or I just got lucky

I understand why so many sears are closing
Sears sent me four head gaskets, each time they arrived damaged. Each time I explained they needed to be shipped in rigid packaging so they to prevent damage. Finally gave up and sold the mower without fixing, lost my money on the part. Only gave one star so I could post my frustration
