Missing Parts

The part was easy to install. The only problem was I had to install 3 shock absorbers and each shock only had 1 Pin-level but the picture shows 2 white Pin-Levels per kit, but I only received 1 per kit. I had to reuse 3 of the old pin-levels to complete the install. Was someone trying to save money because each Pin-Levels is $7.15 each, 21.45 savings for Sears. Next time I will make sure I have all the parts.

Beware the parts man's advice

Washer needed shocks per the man who did the annual inspection. This parts man though 1 would do. Fortunately someone with repair experience called in plenty of time and ordered me 3 more. May you be as lucky.
