Seal/ screw did not fit properly so the gas leaked
My plumber had to get corrected seal/screw from the hardware store. He stated this happens a lot since Sears started sending the seal/ screw separate and that it used to be already attached and worked perfectly then!!

I bought this part with 2 day shipping turned out to be a week cost me over 200 dollar put my tenant in hotel because of no hot water ordered second part from Amazon came 1day later finally got your part 3 days after install your part still in bag waisted money
