Seal/ screw did not fit properly so the gas leaked

My plumber had to get corrected seal/screw from the hardware store. He stated this happens a lot since Sears started sending the seal/ screw separate and that it used to be already attached and worked perfectly then!!

I bought this part with 2 day shipping turned out to be a week cost me over 200 dollar put my tenant in hotel because of no hot water ordered second part from Amazon came 1day later finally got your part 3 days after install your part still in bag waisted money

So easy!! Took off the old put the new one on!! Very easy.

Fast fix buying the whole assembly and cheaper than buying the thermal coupler by itself at local hardware
