No parts for a new Kenmore chest freezer

The one star is for the parts issue only...The person who completed the order was very nice. I purchased a Kenmore chest freezer and it came with only 1 freezer basket. I called to order 4 more, gave the model number and also the dimensions of the basket. I received 4 baskets about 5 days later, all the wrong size. I called to get them returned and the correct ones sent out only to be told that they were no longer making parts for the freezer model that I bought just 12 days earlier!
