Great customer service, fast shipping

The grates on my range were over 18 years old and hard to keep clean. After searching online and numerous phone calls, I found the best price at Sears Parts. The grates are even better than the originals that came with the range.

Old stove grate but replaced!

Was sent a clearly used stove grate. Contacted customer service and they agreed to replace it with free shipping. A hassle but no argument. Only irritating thing was that the item's price went up and my replacement cost slightly more.
