See youtube for instructions.

Replacement parts are because microwave pops the circuit breaker. Replace all plastic parts involved - all will show some at point of contact. Replace all 3 micro switches, door latch and switch holder assembly, and door latch. See youtube.com for instructions.

Perfect Fit

“In stock” when ordered, back order 2 weeks later.

Avoid this trash company. Item was “in stock” after 2 weeks of not seeing the item being mailed I requested to cancel/refund 2 separate occasions. Was assured it was cancelled, guess what. It never was. Absolutely a trash company. Avoid and pay extra on eBay or Amazon. It’s not worth the headache. WTH happened to Sears?

Poor customer service

Product was advertised as in-stock. I then purchased product. Delivery never came on scheduled delivery date. I was never notified why. I called and used messenger and was told item was in stock again. Part came 6 weeks later. Brand New Part was missing a specific piece / mechanism, needed to use piece from old part combined with new part. Terrible experience.
