Easy to install the only good thing!
Took a while to find the correct part. Very poor at packing the shelf for shipping! First one received was broken and had to be replaced. 2nd one received was also broken, but I kept it. Only had the refrigerator for 3 years so obviously expected more from the product. Have lost my faith in Whirlpool

The plastic shelving on the fridge door broke. I ordered the replacement which fit perfectly.
