Crisper Drawer
When ordering this part, it's important to know that there IS a right-handed drawer and a left-handed drawer. Not knowing this, we simply stated we needed a replacement drawer. The customer service representative apparently did not know this detail either. Therefore, it took multiple attempts and returns to get the correct door for our fridge. As well, the first drawer delivered was broken. Pricing was all over the place with each order we placed. We still need to reconcile that we did not receive a full refund on one of the two drawers returned.

Easy Install
It was easy to slide in the new crisper drawer. The original part broke when my husband open the drawer. Shipping seemed a little slow but the price was better at Sears than anywhere else for OEM parts and while waiting I was able to hold the broken drawer together with a rubber band. All things considered, a good value and easy fix.

I received the correct part but it was damaged.
The part was correct and would have been easy to install however it was damaged and had to be returned. Return was handled online with little problems however I am not sure if I need to reorder or if the part will be resent.
