Part has changed - too small

The rollers on the front end of the original middle rail on the crisper assembly broke off. I went to the Sears parts website, entered my model # and up came the frig with pictures of all of the assemblies. I selected the right picture. Found the part and ordered it. Very easy. Unfortunately the part is about 5" too short from front to back. It does not fit my frig. I called customer service and they ordered me a new part. Guess what? - still 5" short. Something has changed in the 4 years we have owned this frig. Need to call Sears again today.
