Ordering parts
I didn't get that far. I ordered shells for the refrigerator and within 10 minutes I realized I ordered the wrong ones. I immediately tried to cancel the order and it would not let me but according to the website if you cancel it within an hour you get a full refund. I called the next morning to cancel the order and re-order the correct parts. I was assured that they were going to send a request for the order to be canceled and then she took my money for a new order. Both orders were processed both packages were delivered and now I have to contact singers again get a return label box the stuff up, get it to a Postal Place and mail it and then I have to wait for my $185 refund.

Waiting on my refund
The door bins in my refrigerator cracked so I order two kinds. I gave the part numbers to the cs representive because I needed two different types. They also said it would be free because we have a home warranty with them. Well, they charged me anyway and told me that someone from customer service would call me in 24 hours for refund on previous charges. They did not call. Got the bins. Had to send in back and reorder the correct one. Got charged again. You received my returned bin over 10 days ago and still not refunded me. If not refused by Monday the 2nd of November I will dispute the charge.
