As stated, the lid doesn't lift very high due to the tube entering the lid and makes it difficult to empty.

No problem installing
As I had a previous one, other than where to put the back connector, not displayed on instructions it was fine. The strap connecting the two pieces should be either longer or the connectors should be placed closer as it is too tight for my wife to disconnect.
