Rangetop does not fit

Rangetop does not fit, was guaranteed that it would. I told them there oen website says that it would not fit, and they assured me that it would. So now I have to send it back, which would not be that big of a deal, but it is almost impossible to get in touch with a person to talk to. They keep giving me phone #'s that will take you straight to a representative, but everyone one of them tells you, sears parts direct is completely online now. It is so frustrating after calling several times and hitting different menu #'s that has nothing to do with Parts dept. I finally was transferred to Parts Department. Also, 2 hours later I used the chat option, he told me that part would not fit, and I asked him to cancel it, he said he did. That did not work because I received it, so now waiting until Monday and hopefully am able to get a hold of someone to return and get refund I used to love sears, but experience is horrible. Saying all this, the people I talked to when I am finally able to get in touch with them, are always super friendly.
