Part arrived in a plastic envelope which had obviously been smashed, bending the prongs on the switch & warping the base. Sears shipped a second one after I called to explain the damage. Second one arrived same as the first, in a plastic envelope with prong bent. In both instances plastic envelope was torn/ripped, as was the part’s plastic bag, by the prongs tearing through during shipment. Contacted Sears to ship the part a third time & stressed for customer service to include a note to ship third part in a box, not an envelope. Waiting on 3rd part at this time. Sears, please provide better quality control to reduce appliance down-time.
