Great Customer Service

Did my own bench test of the product. Then I discussed it with online tech-support and they confirmed that the thermostat I had was defective. Got the new one in less than a week. Everything works fine now.

Super Easy To Install

Most folks think it's usually the "guys" who repair appliances... but my dad was a mechanic for 50 yrs. and taught us girls as well as our brother to "fix" things. I just discovered Sears Parts Direct & LOVE them. This is the 2nd dryer I've restored back to working condition for less than $200. This thermostat is so simple & easy to replace, even a gal 62 yrs old can handle it with ease. Thanks Sears Parts Direct. :-)
