Great Customer Service
Did my own bench test of the product. Then I discussed it with online tech-support and they confirmed that the thermostat I had was defective. Got the new one in less than a week. Everything works fine now.

Super Easy To Install
Most folks think it's usually the "guys" who repair appliances... but my dad was a mechanic for 50 yrs. and taught us girls as well as our brother to "fix" things. I just discovered Sears Parts Direct & LOVE them. This is the 2nd dryer I've restored back to working condition for less than $200. This thermostat is so simple & easy to replace, even a gal 62 yrs old can handle it with ease. Thanks Sears Parts Direct. :-)

Not working.
Oh, sure was easy to install. But, dryer still does not work. There was absolutely no knowledge of products from the so called sales associates. So, I had to go back to the store and order yet another part. Had the people known of these parts for the heat to work properly, my dryer may be working by now. But, instead I had to show him the part I needed in their computer. I really thought that a reputation Sears has had for years would mean great service for customers. My father even worked as a IT technition until he retired. What a huge disappointment!
