Once again wrong part was sent to me.

The people who take the calls are either inexperienced or new to the job. I was looking for the deli draw door and they sent me the draw. I was looking for the small wheel in the dishwasher and this is the second time I am returning the part. Then on top of it they received the door on December 4 and I still do not have my refund. I am so displeased with Sears right now

Sears sent the wrong part

Unfortunately the wrong part was sent, when we tried to call Sears, they could not locate the part number. We were charged 10.00 for shipping. It's been a joke dealing with the call center for Sears. I ended up finding the part on Amazon for much cheaper and free shipping. I suggest search elsewhere for parts.
