Modest redesign eliminated need for washer.
Modest redesign of clutch drum changed need for large washer. With a spring clip from the local hardware store, chainsaw was back in operation in no time.

Changed drum and clutch, Went as planned, took a few hits to get the clutch loose. Ran it today was great no more clutch rattle.
