Different size fan blade than original
Different size fan blade than original - hopefully the manufacturer adjusted the pitch, speed & housing to still work properly. With the unit in hand, I can try to replace the motor of the assembly separately. According to my last email from the vendor, the part has been further backordered & they will let me know when it will arrive - that came 2 days AFTER shipper advised me it had been shipped. Still no further updates from the vendor...

New life for my garage refrigerator.
This was for a no frills garage refrigerator that quit working after about 20 years. I had an appliance repair company come out and let me know that the evaporator fan had failed. He check his sources for parts and let us know that a replacement is not available and no longer made. This left me little or few options. On a whim, thought I would check Sears parts. Low and behold, the part I needed was in stock. I ordered it, it arrived in a little over a week and I installed it this past weekend with no trouble. Now the freezer is at O degrees and the refrigerator is at 37! Save a good refrigerator from ending up in a landfill and me forking out $1000+ for a replacement.

DON'T pay extra for expedited shipping!!
The part was easily installed and fixed the problem with our refrigerator (Freezer cold, but refrigerator warm). One small snag was encountered: The electrical connection tabs were not located in the same position as in the old motor. It required rerouting of one of the wires to install. I only rated it 2 stars because I paid $45 dollars extra for 2-day shipping. The package was delivered 4 days later after all our food had spoiled. My advice: DON"T expect quick delivery and DON'T pay extra.

It's so easy
A 15 minute job. Glad I bought the assembly and not just the motor and fan. My time is valuable, and think this saved me 30 minutes.
