Horrible product and oven design.

This is my second Igniter for my GE Cafe which was purchased in 2015. The Igniter lasted three years. The control board lasted three years. We replaced both at the same time in 2018. Now the Igniter is dead again. The replacement Igniter part arrived broken from Sears and this seems to be a common complaint. Sears might want to rethink this part, as well as how it ships. Seems a lot of folks have to replace this part frequently and when they order it, in many cases it has broken due to a poorly packed shipping box.
