For the second time in a year we have ordered parts for our 22 YO Kenmore refrigerator from Sears PartsDirect. Got the exact parts we needed and received them in 4 days (including weekend). Ordering of specific parts from SPD is extremely user-friendly for any DIY person, with original part numbers and updated part numbers, schematics, part lists, etc. Easy to use, common-sense filtering and look-up capability on web pages. Good photo-details help a lot, too. [We noted that one part that we did not order had been redesigned and, because of the photos SPD provided of the new part, we could see that it would not likely fit our unit without some modification]. I have also gotten other parts from SPD (dishwasher) and, again, got the right part in short time. Highly recommend these guys!
