One screw to remove, lift up and out, disconnect electrical plug. Install is reverse. Could not be easier.

Not easy to install
Should have been easy, but two of the three screws were difficult to reinstall, PLUS the cord could have been just a bit longer. I got it, but it was a bit of a fight. I finally got it by keeping the top two screws loose, and then installing the bottom screw. The top back was easy to find, while the front top screw was not easy to get the Phillips head mated.

Sears service
The Sears service is poor. They told me in July that I would receive my part in September. That's disgraceful. I had to call another appliance repair company.

Looked pretty easy
I received the new ice maker quickly. I watched a couple of YouTube videos and installation looked pretty straightforward. Loosen two screws and remove one, unplug and remove the old ice maker. Reverse the process to install the new one. Easy peasy. However, I decided that my refrigerator needed additional repairs beyond the ice maker, so I decided to buy a new one. I never got to install it. I returned the ice maker and am now waiting for a refund.

Installation was simple but access is awkward
part arrived with broken piece but i substituted from the old ice maker. access is awkward unless you completely remove all food drawers
