This choke control (part number 145996) is for lawn tractors.

Choke control 145996 allows a richer fuel mix in the carburetor, making cold-starting the engine easier.

Let the engine cool and disconnect the spark plug wire before installing this part. Wear work gloves to protect your hands.

Took about 10 minutes to install. Tools required adjustable wrench and a star bit.

The replacement choke cable fit up perfectly but didn't come with a rear nut. Fortunately I just reused the old one. Shipping price was terrible as expected.
