Sears Representatives Make Ordering Mistakes
I originally placed this Order on 7/17/22 (Order # C705984). I received a Confirmation email regarding the Order and noticed that the Sears Representative that assisted me in placing the Order had incorrectly ordered 1 Lawn & Garden Equipment Engine Fuel Line (Part # 791766) rather than the 1 Lawn Mower Rear Skirt that I had requested (I also requested one Lawn & Garden Equipment Engine Air Filter with this same Order). Upon discovering that the Sears Representative had incorrectly placed my Order, I called to request that the Order be corrected and explained that my Order had been incorrectly placed by the Sears Representative that assisted me, and that I wanted the Error corrected. I was then told that my Original Order would be "Totally Cancelled" and that a New Order (C706332) containing the correct Items would be immediately placed. I was also told that I'd receive a Confirmation email for this new Order and a separate Cancellation email for my Original Order. I did receive the Confirmation email for the new Order, however, I also received an email stating that my Original Order could not be cancelled, as the Air Filter had already been shipped (no mention was made about the Fuel Line that the Sears Representative incorrectly ordered). As a result of these Errors (made by Sears Representatives), I received and was charged for both Orders. As such, I believe that Sears has an obligation to refund the amount that I was charged for my Original Order (C705974).

New lawn mower skirt

Fit my Sears mower perfectly
Often times parts just don't match original. This did and it was a 2 min replacement. the rear skirt is important as it stops rocks and other objects from being projected at high speed into your leg or bystander or small child or pet.
