Return Trouble
We got the wrong part. I am not sure if we ordered the wrong part or if we were sent the wrong part, but regardless, it does not fit our range and needs to be returned. I filled out the information for online return, order number and zip code, but have not received an email with the return label almost an hour later. I tried to do an online chat, but apparently that link is no longer active, even though it exists on the website. The ordering was easy. The part came in a timely manner and was in perfect shape, but the return process is such a problem that if we are able to return it, I am hesitant to try ordering from Sears again in an effort to get the right part. We've used Sears for appliances for 25 years, and this is the first problem we've had. Very disappointing.
