Replacement water hose for Kenmore refrigerator
I tried so very hard to get the right part. I explained where it was in the unit with vast detail and made it clear that it wasn't a different part. I was assured that the part had changed and that this was the correct part. It wasn't. Considering it cost over $30 for a small plastic hose, I'm unhappy with the service that TWO chat assistants gave me.

Disappointed
I ordered all the water tubes in the refrigerator. I only received the one from the valve to the ice maker. Neither of the employees I talked with had any knowledge of the parts or the unit. Neither were very fluent in English either. The part I Recieved is of no value without the other two water lines in the unit
