get a torch!
what a xxxxx! the mounting bolt was frozen,no torch,had to cut it off and rig a new bolt in its place

Relatively easy to install.
I replaced steering rod and gear along with the gear plate. Replacing the gear plate was the last step and all bolts, etc. were accessible with a little patience.
