Gear Box to Lower Chute mount issue

Still can't get the gear box to sit in the lower chute's mounting hole. The Lower Chute's hole where the gear box sprocket fits in is not big enough. only goes in a little. The long bolt doesn't reach the seat nut to tighten. The video makes it so each to install. I need help to get this resolved before snow comes.
