Received the box with the tray and it no one inspected it when taken it out of the box one side of it has been broke off prior to you shipping it to me, I would like it replaced with a pot that I paid full price for and please inspect it and would like to return this one

Waste of time; doesn't fit
Did not fit'the wheels and the runners are both incorrect. I see from the reviews that it doesn't fit either brand of refrigerator it's intended for (kenmore or LG), and that there is a complicated fix involving taking apart both drawers and putting the old wheels and runners on the new drawer, but I'm not so sure I'm willing to do drawer surgery this week. What is the point of selling a replacement drawer that doesn't fit? Are we all just ordering and sending back the same few drawers? It's a waste of time.

Missing rails
The drawer was missing the side rails, which we easily swapped with the old drawer. Really glad we don't have to purchase a new fridge.

Needs to come with installation instructions.
For my fridge I had to 1) take off the wheels supplied (they are too big) 2) unscrew the rails from the old drawer 3) screw the old rails onto the new drawer 4) put on the wheels from the old drawer. If it wasn't for another reviewer mentioning the rails I would have had no idea. I was not happy that I had to search reviews to work this out when a short instruction sheet would have done the job. I seriously thought I was going to have to return this as it didn't seem to fit at all. So all right in the end but if you get it and it doesn't fit, consider the steps I outlined above.

Broke upon arrival, but sent new one out quickly
First one arrived in pieces, great delivery services...called Sears and ordered new one...took another 2 weeks, but got here and is working as described..easy replacement

Nearly Perfect
It was the right part and dimensions were nearly identical. In order to get it to close completely, I had to trim a little at the rear center cutout since is didn't clear as well as it should have. Workable, but not perfect.
