Incompatible with a 20 year old range
Easy enough to install. But after installing 2 new control boards. My oven wouldn't even light. I'm assuming it's because my gas range is 20 years old and the new part were incompatible. And now I'm stuck with a $28 knob.

Easy to install, beware: overlay not included
It's nice you can access this board without having to pull the range away from the wall, by removing the fasteners on both sides and under the center of the panel. It turns out all I needed was the overlay (PN wb11k10005) so I wound up returning the board and purchasing the $35 overlay (which is not included with the board for some reason, even though it shows in the image).

Misleading but easy installation
The picture of product was misleading because it does not have black cover that identify the control buttons, it was just clear plastic container with no identity

Moderate to install
If the item worked properly it would have taken only 30 mins to install. The drawbacks were the heat insulation that protects the board, the detents on the pot didn't work properly and I had to remove the board several times to get it to work
