Easy to install but did not fit without modificatn
Remove the blade and blade adapter. You'll also need to remove the belt cover from below the mower deck. The new adapter will not fit with the belt cover still on. While you're at it you might as well replace the belt.

About a 3 on a 5 scale of difficulty
Took about 25 minutes to install. Plan on removing transmission cover and working the drive belt off for old, on for new before the adapter can be changed.

Very hard
Part had big buff on it, looks like someone tried to install it and damaged it. I had to use my dream grinder to grind buff off before I could install it.
