I DIDN'T NEED THE PART THE WASHER I BUY DIDn'T WOR
The WASHER I BROUGHT DIDN'T WORK it WAS returned to the store DIDn'T know how to return the part wasn't no return label and it would cost more money but I did buy another WASHER from sear very unhappy with the first one open a account with Sears hope you can help with returning this hose it's still new

Easy to install.
The handyman was able to install easily. He did not like the generic/ universal hose at the local stores. Using the model number, sear parts located the same hose which came with the washing machine. Slight delay with UPS, but really deserves 5 stars.

Works fine, but would be better if it was upgraded to a real rubber hose. I thought they sent a new washing machine, because the size of the box was huge.

Busted hose
First of all, I was sent a hose with 3 holes in it on the first delivery. After I installed it I started a load of laundry and it flooded my kitchen. Then I called to get a replacement and one was sent 7 days later instead of rush shipping. Horrible experience because I went for 3 weeks without being able to do laundry because of some stupid hose that wasn't right initially and problem that wasn't fixed in a timely manner. Plus the washer hose had to be ordered online instead of being a universal hose that fits every other washer.
