Less than 5 min to install.
Slid out dispenser depressed release button on ice tray.Pryed two clips open pulled out foam insulation and temp senser threw old tray out.Put temp sensor back in with insulation lock tabs.Slid new tray in place locked in tray holding lock.Put dispenser back in no more mess works great.

Very happy with Ice Tray. Ten year old tray, contained within automatic ice maker, cracked. The replacement tray works well.

When only the ice tray needs replacing
Was happy to be able to spend a lot less to replace the only part requiring replacement versus buying a while new unit. Arrived timely and replacement was easy (although I recommend taking pictures while dismantling). Less than $10and my ice maker is back in business thanks to Sears Parts Direct.

Perfect Replacement part
Easy, 15-minute replacement! Replaced the ice cube tray to overcome an issue with ice sticking instead of emptying. Ice now releases with no issue and my ice bucket no longer fills with solid ice from overflowing water.

Watched the DIY video and was easy to replace parts. The screws were tight and had to have a friend take them out. Rest was a piece of art!
